Tbtees_dp: a tool used to build a tree (data structure) for evaluation of educational system using early data preprocessing

This is an automated tool to be developed, which asks requirements of any kind of educational system irrespective of conceptual, Olympiad, private institute, autonomous, and university. From the entered data, data preprocessing is applied initially to correct the mistakes in the given data. The quality data is taken as input to TBTEES_DP, which then draws a tree that depicts the functioning or evaluation of results. The output of the TBTEES_DP is a tree which gives more meaningful information to all about the evaluation of education system. This concludes with a visual structure (tree) is giving a more meaningful information in less time than reading descriptive instructions that leads lengthy time. The latter also expects more attention of the end user to understand the specific education details. Hence, the orientation should migrate from theoretical level to visualization level. To represent the data in some data structure, a Tree is a better data structure that conveys the information in a visual manner. The result of the development of the TBTEES_DP tool is better understandability to the end user about what kind of education system is offering can be known in less time.
