The present study aims to find out the functional relationship between Quality of Work Life and Work Performance of employees at Pricol Ltd., Coimbatore. The descriptive method using survey as technique had been employed to solve the research question. A sample of 310 employees was drawn through stratified sampling method, the strata being gender and age. The Quality of Work Life Inventory was used to collect data from the sample. For analysis ‘t’ test and Karl Pearson’s Product Moment correlation were used. The employees significantly differ in work performance with respect to gender and age. The study reports that there is significant positive correlation exist between perception of quality of work life and work performance of employees in Pricol Ltd., Coimbatore.
