Revelações pandêmicas: O rompimento do direito à educação de qualidade sob a política da Austeridade Econômica

This article aims to analyze, in the light of the ecopedagogy theoretical-epistemological foundations, the set of Brazilian educational laws edited in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, according to the basic principle of Brazilian education of full development of the human being. It is, therefore, a documentary research, whose results point to a distancing of the educational norms to the fundamental objectives of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and a reduction of the twelve principles of national education explained in the Brazilian Education Law (LDB) to only one principle, and in this way, reducing the equality of conditions for access and permanence in school of several Brazilian students, the guarantee of quality standards and the affirmation of an ecopedagogy that promoting social environmental justice.
