The general theme defined for this study is the legislative change aimed to attend the structure of the capital / labor relation. The objective of the investigation was to raise the changes that occurred with the implementation of the laws (13.429 / 2017 and 13.467 / 2017) in the direction to the loss of rights for workers. The idea starts from the readings that expose the process of subjugating work to capital through new mechanisms of coercion of work and a new legal framework. The theoretical proposal supports understanding the productive restructuring, a social process created by capital, shaking the living and working conditions, affecting employment and remuneration. These are changes in favor to capital having, on the one hand, an increase in capitalist productivity and, on the other hand, an action challenging the current labor legislation, until 2017, amid the flexible forms of contracts.
