Abstract: 

Agriculture is one of the most important segments for humanity as well as the production of food generated by Family Farming. From this, the objective was to study the problems faced by the community in the agricultural field and under the eyes of teachers of the agroecology discipline in education. -learning. Area of study: Our Lady of Nazareth community, Capanema-Pará. From the observations, 92% were male and 8% female, aged 28 to 78 years, 62% of these respondent shave education from 1st to 8th grade, 15% have high school and 8% cannotread and write. In addition, 31% said to keep their production from vegetables, 23% only from “mowing” where crops such as cassava, beans, corn, pepper, papaya and tangerine are produced. Thus, family farmingis of great importance, since it is responsible for the distribution of in dispensable food to the market, including corn, cassava, beans and vegetables. Another factor is the land cover, as thereis no activity, it is proposed the dissemination and production of those who can protect the areas that are exposed, especially in the rainy season. Thus avoiding risks of erosion and loss of soil fertility.
