The aim was to investigate the impact of the Covid-19’s pandemic on professionals working in primary health care. Qualitative study based on Husserlian phenomenology carried out with 55 professionals, from a city in the north of Minas Gerais (MG). The PCC (population, concept and context) strategy, proposed by the Joanna Briggs Institute, was used to identify the research question. After analyzing the narratives, due to the phenomenological reduction, three units of meaning were identified, namely: The role of the professional working in primary health care; Management and Reorganization of the work process; and impacts on health and quality of life. Each larger unit had subcategories. Due to the fact that the pandemic phenomenon is a relatively new event, several areas have been identified in the lives of the participating individuals that have been affected. There was a duality of feelings about the pandemic, running through fear and gratitude. The fear of becoming ill and transmitting the disease were also perceived, as well as positive feelings of being able to contribute as well.
