Cuidados de enfermagem frente às urgências e emergências obstétricas, relacionadas ao deslocamento prematuro de placenta: uma revisão integrativa da literatura

Introduction: Obstetric urgencies and emergencies comprise situations that occur during the gravitational period and that threaten the maternal-fetal binomial due to some problem, requiring an immediate response from the entire health team that will attend to the obstetric emergency. This study aims to identify in Brazilian publications what nursing care is in the face of obstetric urgencies and emergencies related to placental abruption through the integrative literature review method. Methods: Nine scientific articles published between 2018 and 2022 were analyzed. Results: The results of this literature review present important evidence about nursing care in cases of obstetric emergencies, with emphasis on the theme of the study. In this sense, the aforementioned method aimed to synthesize the data obtained in previous research on this topic, in an orderly manner, in order to analyze comprehensive information about the problem under study, thus constituting a body of knowledge. The strategy of search and selection of studies proved to be effective because, in addition to providing the scope of the research objective, it was supported by qualified scientific production. Conclusion: This research topic has been studied with significant relevance in recent years, indicating a greater importance attributed to professional relationships, specifically in Health, which develops from the establishment of public policies.
