The review of evidence for effective treatment of tinnitus suggest that no treatment can yet be considered well established and no specific therapy is found to be satisfactory in all patients in modern science. We selected this case study in which 45 year old male patient having noise induced tinnitus and high frequency sensorineural hearing loss since 1.5 year. Tinnitus and other associated complained was decreased after 3 month of Ayurvedic treatment. In Ayurveda, Rasayana therapy is described in ear disease. Rasayana therapy is more effective and beneficial after Shodhana karma of Shira. It regulates Vata dosha of whole body especially in head and ear. It stimulates and nourishes auditory nerve.
