This study aims to find and analyze the science curriculum based on Quran used in schools as a form of efforts to improve the quality of student personality. This research used descriptive qualitative analysis, the research was conducted in High School Al-Muhajirin Purwakarta West Java, from this research can be seen that the use of science curriculum based on Quran can change the quality of student's personality, the use of science curriculum based on Quran can improve personality students become religious person, have science science in islamiah, and have good behavior. Therefore, in the process of learning science in schools need various improvements and quality improvement curriculum this is implemented as a form of efforts to improve the quality of education and students in school.
